2. If you are in need of a letter of support for visa application to attend the World Community Development Conference, please email us at: [email protected], and provide the following information:
- Full name as appears on your passport
- Date of birth in format DD/MM/YYYY
- Nationality
- Passport number (National ID Cards are no longer accepted for entry into the United Kingdom, you must have a valid passport). 
- Date of passport expiry (passports must be valid for at least six months beyond stay).
- Employment/affiliation (your employer/university), current role/job title
- Anticipated date of arrival in the United Kingdom
- Anticipated departure
- Person/institution paying for costs related to travel /accommodation and subsistence as well as registration fees
- Title of the exact abstract(s)
- Address of where you intend to stay in Glasgow
