The Conference ticket prices are based on IACD membership and whether you are travelling from an OECD or Non-OECD country. To claim your IACD member rate you must enter the promotional code sent to you by email. If you have not received this or cannot find the email, please contact: [email protected] to request it be resent.

Member rates will only show once you have entered your IACD promotional code in the promo code box at the beginning of the Eventbrite booking form and then click on 'apply' (on the right side of the box).

Separate tickets need to be booked for each individual delegate.

Early Bird rates are available for Conference tickets up to the 31st of January 2026 and are priced* below. After the Early Bird rates expire standard rates will apply.

Conference tickets include full access for three days, lunch and refreshments.

Tickets are also available for:

• The International Reception which will take place on the evening before day 1 of the Conference. Tickets for this event are free but limited so it is advisable to book promptly!
• The Gala Dinner for which early booking is advised as there is limited seating capacity.
• Optional Practice Exchanges immediately after the Conference. There are options for 1-day, 2-day and 4-day visits for small groups and early booking is essential to secure a place.
