Ticket prices

The Conference ticket prices are based on IACD membership and whether you are travelling from an OECD or Non-OECD country. To book your ticket simply select the ticket type that applies to you. If you have received an early bird promo code, these will no longer work as the Early Bird rate has now expired.

Separate tickets need to be booked for each individual delegate.

  • IACD Members (Non-OECD): £314.90
  • IACD Student Members: £282.39
  • Non IACD Member (OECD): £466.58
  • Non IACD Member (Non-OECD): £358.24
  • Gala Dinner: £96.05
  • 1-Day Practice Exchanges: £54.88
  • 2-Day Practice Exchange: £206.56 (sold out)
  • IACD Members 1 Day Ticket (available for each day of the conference): £135.05
  • IACD Non-Members 1 Day Ticket (available for each day of the conference): £174.05

Ticket booking information

If you are an IACD member you should select the 'IACD Member' option.

If you are not an IACD member and would like to join and take advantage of member discounts, please visit: https://www.iacdglobal.org/member

Non-IACD members should select the 'Non-IACD Member' option depending on whether you are travelling from an OECD or Non-OECD country.

Conference tickets include full access for three days, lunch and refreshments.

Tickets are also available for:

  • The International Reception which will take place on the evening before day 1 of the Conference. Tickets for this event are free but limited so it is advisable to book promptly!
  • The Gala Dinner for which early booking is advised as there is limited seating capacity.
  • Optional Practice Exchanges immediately after the Conference. There are options for two different 1-day visits for small groups and early booking is essential to secure a place.


Refund Policy

Tickets are fully refundable up to 4 weeks before the start of the Conference.
